This job aid supports servers by being a quick reference for the knowledge and skills acquired in the Steps to Restaurant Service eLearning course and the 5 Steps to Serve a Table video. Through the trainings, servers learned the basic steps to service and best practices used at Seaside Grill. The job aid will assist servers in providing uniform service and training that is rooted in best practices resulting in increased customer satisfaction as well as server and business success.

The Standards for Effective Teams ILT is the first course in a four-course Data-Driven Decision-Making Training Program.
